Bonjour, après avoir lu tous les échanges en commentaire, que ce soit positif ou négatif, pour ma part c’est un accueil normal et connaît très bien son métier, maintenant il ne doit pas plaire à tout le monde et ce n’est pas le but. Il y a trois ans, j’ai eu un problème avec mon fer à repasser. Il a fallu 15 jours pour le réparer et ici de nouveau en panne et voici que je le récupère en parfait état de marche. Combien dois-je pour la réparation, il m’a répondu! C’est toujours sous la garantie. Il faut savoir aussi que Monsieur ne travaille pas que là pour les mauvaises langues. La critique est si simple de nos jours. Belle journée à toutes et tous.

Nous avions un problème sur notre machine à café Krups; l’origine de la panne à très vite été diagnostiquée grâce à l’excellente connaissance du fonctionnement de ces machines par monsieur BP, devis sans surcout additionnel clairement communiqué en amont de la réparation, contact très cordial, réponses très rapides. Il y a eu un petit problème au remontage d’une pièce que nous avons détecté chez nous; pas de soucis, monsieur BP a effectué 2 fois l’aller-retour pour corriger ce petit problème. Donc excellent service après vente. Je ne peux que recommander monsieur BP pour son professionnalisme, son expertise, sa réactivité et son excellent contact client. Encore un grand merci!

Seul réparateur officiel SEB, Calor, Rowenta et Tefal en Belgique, il a forcément beaucoup de taf. Heureusement, j'habite à une distance raisonnable de l'atelier, je peux m'y déplacer. Le réparateur prend le temps d'écoute et présente des alternatives crédibes ; ne pousse pas à la plus onéreuse. Si on a la chance qu'il ait la pièce de rechange en stock, réparation immédiate. Contact très agréable.
